We typically sell directly to our select builder group; however, at times we make lots available to the public, so you can choose your own builder and as a home builder, get a foot in the door in a Melcor community. Yes, lots can be put on hold for a short period of time. Contact the builder of your choice for more details or put a public lot on hold on Melcor.ca.

Melcor Communities lists pricing and availability of move-in ready homes. You can also visit builders in their showhome for more information.

Unless there are lots available for sale to the public, only the approved builders can build homes in Rosenthal at this time. Check out the great builders we trust to make Rosenthal a great community. .
